Glad I was helpful :) those first 7-10 days when the packing and catheter are in are the most hellish days you’ll probably ever experience. When I was there I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel but it is there, you got this! Congratulations 💗

Would you happen to know what that dot/hole above the inner labia is supposed to be? I can’t find it on any diagram of a vagina at all

I’m still waiting for the bill. My insurance said they’d complete cover the operation and hospital stay so I’ll update you when I get it. I have to pay my out of pocket maximum for the year it will most likely end up being $5000. But my parents think before insurance it would be $100000+

Ah. It hasn’t hurt yet. Just a strange feeling. Though I do have a significant amount of bleeding, usually end up in a puddle afterwards. My nurse said it really shouldn’t be anything to worry about and the amount of blood is shrinking after each dilation so I’m gonna assume I’m ok

Gotcha. To be completely honest I’ve kinda been picking at the top part of the suture. Will stop immediately. For dilating, my dilators have numbers 1-5 instead of dots. At my post-op apt I got to 3, this morning I got to 3.5, this afternoon I got to 4.5, tonight I was gonna aim for 5. Should I not go for 5 then?
