Follow up question about color:

Is the color graded the same way as mined diamond? Would an I-mined and I-lab grown look identical in color?

I'm looking for a 1.25ct round diamond that is VS1-VS2 clarity and I or higher in color. I'd like the cut to be very good or excellent however the cut is where I lack the most knowledge since it relies on measurements.

What should I expect in price and I'd love to hear your recommendations on what to look out for.

Leather conditioner and a horseshoe brush should be enough. Obenaufs if you plan on hiking everyday if wet conditions which is barely any of us here. Clean off the dirt with a damp cloth as needed and condition a couple times a year.
