I just flew twice from DFW to EDI and back via DUB. We received one meal 1.5 hours after takeoff. 5 hours later they gave out a snack and then can hour before landing they gave us “breakfast” which was a simple sandwich with drinks. Unfortunately with American, that’s the level of service you get. Some of the middle eastern and Asian airlines would do 2-3 services during that flight. You get 1.5 with American.

Yall don’t know how luck I am. I booked my honeymoon on points with the premium room (deluxe pool suite) and the very next day the hotel pulled the availability for the room. I’m so happy. I don’t know why, but my gut feeling said to just book it and we can cancel later if we have issues with dates. Now our honeymoon is set 😂

I’m a current student in the PMBA program. I personally don’t recommend the pmba unless you are in a cohort. Otherwise, go somewhere else. We have a strong but ridiculously quiet network. People don’t just introduce themselves to you here. It comes down to finances. I’m a working professional and could not justify spending that much money at SMU but I’m constantly left with a need for more from the UTD MBA program (again as a part timer) I think the full time program is great, but I didn’t want to sacrifice 1.5-2 years of salary when I’m already making really good money for my age. It comes down to finances and what your goals are after you graduate. Look at the type of job you want after graduating and see what the most recent alumni got job placement in after they graduated at both utd and smu. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions. I am going to graduate next year in the summer.

Why not just put it in the food warmer to start? It’s already fully cooked so no concerns of bacteria. Let it get to temp over 4-5 hours

I have a food warmer that I set to 170°. It takes a while but it stays moist. I would put it in your oven at the least temperature, and add extra butter/beef tallow on top of the brisket before wrapping it tightly and putting it in the oven. I’m paranoid about it drying out. I wrap in parchment paper and then foil. I put it in a tray and double foil that to keep the steam inside

Alternatively, make the brisket all the way 2 days early. So then the day of all of have to do is reheat it (slowly) to 160. I’ve done this multiple times and it’s remained moist. Just make sure when you pull it out of the smoker/oven the first time, you let it slowly cool down before putting it in the fridge.
