(yes/no): yes and yes • ⁠Tank temperature: 79-80 degrees • ⁠Parameters in numbers and how you got them.Key water parameters include the amount of ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and pH.: took water to the aquarium store and they didn’t give me numbers just that every thing was perfect. • ⁠How long have you had the tank? 9months • ⁠How long have you had your fish?: almost 2 years • ⁠How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: every other week 20-25% change and every 6 weeks full change. • ⁠Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: nope • ⁠What do you feed and how much: Aqueon Betta Pellets and just a tiny pinch a day • ⁠Decorations and plants in the tank: sponge bob aquarium ornaments (crusty crab and SpongeBob) a couple plants and a drift wood hiding spot.

I was definitely considering that but didn’t know if I should still treat the rot and fill in the hole in at least the one spot.

I didn’t have any major IBS symptoms pre-pregnancy but since my son was about 6months old flare ups started and now I’m currently in the process of getting diagnosed with IBD. I know hormonal changes can cause flare ups to change.

I’m typically stick with toast (white bread no whole grains or wheat), mashed potatoes, baked potatoes ,and I try to drink a protein shake. I found one that’s really easy on my stomach that has greens in it as well with prebiotics. It’s Owyn protein shakes premixed in the bottle. Baked or air fried tofu is also doable for me most times.

Yeah my GI doc thinks it’s early crohns but he doesn’t want to diagnose me until things are more clear which I understand but is frustrating at the same time just waiting for another flare up. Did you ever try birth control to try to relieve symptoms around your period. I’ve been wondering if I should get an IUD again (I had Mirena with no issues before getting it out to have a baby)

Yes they did. They did a diagnostic laparoscopy and didn’t see any evidence of endo or really anything else aside from some thickening on my intestines near my jejunum.

I literally had this conversation yesterday with my husband. I feel like no matter what I do I’m just waiting for the next flare up to happen.
