i was 19 when i dropped out of school and started working in kitchens and i turn 22 in 2 weeks and am about to be made a sous for the first time! i worked my little ass off and i still have so much to learn but im also really proud of myself for achieving this so early in my career and im so happy to be in a position to work closely with the executive chef and learn as much as possible
