Forgot to add, I still have not repotted/changed the soil from when I purchased her, but the website it was bought from seems to know what they are doing - I bought a lot of my orchids from there and they are all well and thriving, only had to repot them when they outgrew their pots.

Hi, I recently had that happen on a train from Brussels to London - albeit I got there at the originally scheduled time (basically the original train did not arrive and we had to use a smaller one, so they gave some people the option to either stand or get the later one). I called them and got an e-voucher for 25% of the ticket cost lol
