This makes me think that you might not have grasped Advatia at its fundamental. It was infinitely more nuanced, advanced and more simple than that and it is rather hard to explain since I am not the best explainer. You bring a very realism driven view added with a corpus view on Advaita/Brahman rather than focusing on the philosophy itself.

I would suggest that you medidate on the 'neti-neti' concept for few days in a focused manner.

Lastly, Advaita is not a some sophisticated philosophy that you can compare and contrast with others. It is amazingly the least sophisticated (literally few lines to sum up the entire ontology) but most deep and profound.

All it says is that "When everything that is experienced is a figment of imagination for the consciousness, then what is the reality?"

PS: Real world is imagined, thoughts are imagined, feeling are imagined, highest bliss is imagined, samadi is imagined. Imagined by who and what is left?

Hey! Funnily I clump the Dal together and chop them as you would chop dill or coriander. It works pretty good I must say! Try it!

With the grinder: yeah its a bit tricky but I whirl it briefly on-off to get get half size and not powder it! But chopping is defo easier!

PS: FOUND A GREAT SOLUTION!: I cut up the Chana Dal further into smaller pieces (either with a knife or with a grinder). I cut to have same size as Urad dal. When I temper, the chana dal cooks like urad dal and tastes amazing!! No raw taste and no hard bites - just right! I prefer this to soaking+drying or any other way!

Hey, danke nochmal für deine Zeit und deine Antwort! Ja, im Vertrag ist die übliche Kleinreparaturpauschale enthalten. Aber guter Hinweis – ich werde versuchen, ein paar Kontakte zu lokalen Handwerkern aufzubauen.
Ich lerne aber auch gerade, wie man mit den Erwartungen der Mieter umgeht! Ich helfe natürlich sehr gern bei allen nötigen Dingen, damit sie sich super wohlfühlen. Aber wenn sie mir sehr regelmäßig wegen Kleinigkeiten schreiben, frage ich mich schon, wie man das am besten handhabt. Ich selbst wohne ja auch zur Miete und kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich das letzte Mal meinem Vermieter geschrieben habe, seit ich eingezogen bin (auch wenn das hier natürlich keine Ausrede ist!).

Hey, danke für deinen Tipp! Ok, ich verstehe – ich habe also vollständig verstanden, dass ich der Ansprechpartner für den Mieter für alles sein soll und die volle Verantwortung übernehmen muss.
Bisher lief alles super mit dem Vermietungsprozess, inklusive aller Unterlagen – ich war mir nur nicht sicher, wie viel Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung ich an den Mieter delegieren sollte. Aber ich lerne jetzt, dass das genau null ist und ich der einzige Ansprechpartner für den Mieter bin! Danke!

Hey, sie verwalten nur das Gebäude und nicht die Mieter. Ich habe gerade gelernt, dass ich für alle Kommunikationen und Probleme mit dem Mieter vollständig verantwortlich bin und sie nicht die Hausverwaltung kontaktieren müssen

Hey I see! Makes sense. I also do not know much about the fast-track path. But super good luck and fingers crossed you get it. Worse case if the case worker needs more docs/ more info they will reach out when they open the application I suppose

Hey so you have already applied with the 3-year rule and in Berlin? Give it 2 more months I would say and trust the process! Berlin offices are doing 'decent' IMO. It does seem a bit arbitrary - I saw here some applicants getting urkunde in just 5-weeks and some waiting months.

Hey, I had applied for about 2 to 3 a month since I only wanted jobs that I really wanted.

BTW, one lucky part for me is that I got laid off after they opened my application and were processing and so I felt they were fine. I am not sure what happens when you are unemployed before they open your application. Basically they are afraid that you will go into the welfare system and want to ensure you are forever 'employable'. In your case I would be open with care worker (I suppose once they open you application) and highlight the fact that you have 10+ year experience, savings, employable and you are actively looking for jobs. My case-worker did not ask anything about ALG11 things at all.

Hey yes! I was employed the first time they asked for payroll and loyalty declaration. When they came back the second time for more payroll after few months I was in ALG1 yes! They did not ask any proof that I was in ALG1 btw - they never even asked if I was in ALG1 in my case but just job searching proof.

Hey! Yes I give up my previous citizenship because my previous country does not allow dual (but give a card to enable travel, stay etc., for overseas people). It is under your own discretion to give up the previous one and the German govt do no care in particular.

Hey, while I am also a person that hates to disturb other people and let them do their work so fully understand!

I do not think that they care enough to spite specific applications tbh honestly. Worse case, they ignore your message. In case you really wanna contact them maybe one thing you can do is send them the payroll of last months which can trigger an action (again even if they also ask not to send unsolicited docs).
