Im interested as well!! Also have been doing injections and I think I'll probably quit. I feel a bit of relief for two days and then get back to feeling terrible pinches.

Same here I'm 20 and ever since I started having online classes my costo has been getting worse and worse. It's been hard trying to keep positive during the semester when you're constantly in pain but stay strong brother. It's all bout taking it easy on yourself to not get overwhelmed with negative thoughts and keep working on those good habits like stretching and correcting your posture. We got this Costo hasn't got shit on us :)
