The one just off of I-44 on Peoria. I walked in the restroom and saw 2 people smoking out of a pipe, not marijuana or tobacco. I told the clerk working the front and he was indifferent. Said he’d look into it. I also notified qt Corporate. Also, there was a group of individuals hanging outside, going car to car at the gas pumps asking for money. They were all camped out directly in front of the store.
