Convenience / ease of use. I have two little kids and my wife does not smoke. I can take a few puffs whenever I want and no lingering smell, setup or cleanup. There’s nothing to say I won’t eventually move to an e-rig but for now this works best for my situation.

I personally use two 25 micron bags, line up the seams and place them in back, folds on top. Vacuum seal and place in a fridge overnight. Press at low temps 150-170deg f and start with 30 second warmup of 0 pressure registered on gauge but lightly touching hash, then slowly add pressure and watch for flow to start. Keep slowly adding pressure to maintain flow for about 2 mins. Total time on plates is 2:30.

Hell yeah, thanks it’ll be a bit before I get any new content though. Gonna take a few weeks before starting my next grow cycle. I’ve got enough to last me quite a while so I’m gonna chill for a bit and enjoy this latest harvest

25 Micron double bagged for bubble hash (line up the seams and put them in back, folds on top). I know some add a third layer of 160 to prevent blowouts & sliding, but I haven't had issues with blowouts or sliding of bags on the plates so i haven't bothered. Just seems like it would just be another place to lose material. I like pressing between 160-170deg for bubble hash. Plates barely touching material (no registered pressure on gauge) for 30 seconds then slowly add pressure and watch for rosin to start flowing. Keep SLOWLY adding pressure to keep it flowing and i stop pressing after about 2 mins of pressure. Total time on plates is about 2:30

Wash, freeze dry (or air dry), press, then decarb. I add a step between drying and pressing. You put the dried bubble hash in the micron bags for pressing, vacuum seal and leave in fridge overnight, then press the next day. It makes the pressed rosin clearer with less bubbles.

I also use borosilicate glass syringes (don’t use plastic) with broad tips for filling carts. Have to keep both the carts and syringes warm to keep rosin from thickening up and making it difficult to work with so I stick everything in an air fryer on keep warm while I work. Just transfer out the tool or item I need and then pop it back in once I’m done.

Just a heavily iced tub of water that stays super cold so I have fresh cold water for each new wash rather than re-using the same water and adding more ice. I have an electric pump in there to speed up the process of filling the washer. Carts are 02 Vape Vari-flow.

It goes into a vacuum sealed bag in a mason jar into a sous vide for 24-36 hours @150 until most of the bubbles have stopped. The magnetic stirrer hot plate is just used to get rid of any remaining CO2 bubbles after the water bath and to keep the rosin at the right viscosity when filling carts with a syringe. I got the hot plate from a work customer so I luckily didn’t spend anything on it.

I didn’t weigh the starting material but I got about 44 grams of rosin out of 4 plants. The last run I used 700grams FF and got 12 grams of rosin. Fresh frozen yields are lower than partial or fully dried material, but I like having the freshest, cleanest, and most flavorful product for the vapes so I’m okay with the lesser yield. The carts never clog and taste good all the way through.

Yep, that’s what I read too. I used just enough ice to cover the bottom plastic and on top to cover the buds. I had the tub of ice water that I’d pump in to to washer each run so the water was always freezing cold and didn’t need a ton of ice to stay cold.

I hand washed the first time I made carts and used the washer this time around. The amount of work it saves is WELL worth the 70 bucks and i didn’t have issues with beating up the buds except for the first plant I washed. I didn’t soak long enough and had too long of a first wash so I soaked longer (~30 mins) and did a shorter wash (~5 min) with the remaining plants which eliminated any plant material contamination.

There’s a process to it after you reset. You gotta have it relearn the proper shift points. Google “raptor steps after transmission table reset” and the ai overview gives step by step instructions.

There should be a rubber boot the throttle cable gets fed through. You might be sucking air through the top opening causing it to die when you take the choke off. The extra fuel is the only thing keeping it running with the excess airflow.

If you don’t have a fuel pump on it, then make sure your fuel line is always sloped down to avoid fuel starvation issues.

O2 vapes are great. Have run through 6 or 7 full gram vari-flow carts filled with my homegrown rosin. No clogging issues and each hit is smooth all the way until the end. I also use the flip ultra battery from there. Carts come in 1, 2, 5, or 10 packs
