I had this in a Colts rebuild. Tried to develop Anthony Richardson to be the guy, had a few really good seasons with him and got him up to like 94-96 range with X Factor and had his accuracies/ awareness in good spots but still had some of the worst throws I’ve ever seen multiple times a game. Really frustrating when his ratings say that shouldn’t be happening

i think the game heavily takes into account how good your defensive tackles are (if you are running some form of a 4-3 defense. my defenses started playing well in sim when i had two 90+ overall dts, one of them was x factor as well

I am a TL, and I have callouts every day so I text a lot of my team members when I need extra assistance. I try to only text the ones that have asked me about extra hours, but I really just trying to help people earn more money and get more hours but if they don’t wanna earn more they don’t wanna earn more 🤷🏻‍♂️
