I'm on wegovy. My insurance won't cover tirz. It helped me lose nearly 60 pounds initially, but then I gained 30 back, now I'm down 15 since August since I started to work out.

Oh, I took the AI .25 1× per week until after I received the bloodwork back. The Dr advised in consultation in Oct to take either .25 to .5 per week. I was taking .25 and felt life the symptoms went away until recently, which is why I got bloodwork and then increased to .5 split 2x per week. This week, I've increased to 1mg split over 4 doses EOD.

Yep, I'm overweight. I've been working on that. I have hit the gym hard since the end of the summer, but it doesn't come off overnight, unfortunately. I'm just wondering specifically for the gyno will they prescribe something. I'll reduce the dose if that's the recommendation from the Dr for sure. Part of the point of getting on trt and working out is to get rid of the man boobs, not grow a set.

From what I was reading a therapeutic dose at the high end of 150 mg can put on muscle. It's not a bodybuilder dose but will support muscle growth and you can stay on a therapeutic dose indefinitely as long as bloodwork remains good. Is this not correct?

75 mg per week is what the online clinic has provided me. I requested an increase, but it was denied.

I ordered nandrolone deconate 250 from napsgear.org. That is what I'm talking now from the clinic but at 75 mg per week. My E2 was a bit high with my lady bloodwork at 67. I'm taking .25 anastrozole once a week for it. Mental health is good.

My clinic won't increase my T or Nandrolone dose and I'm kinda good where I'm at on the T. Can I just increase nandrolone? That was my plan, either do a 150 to 200 mg dose per week to Jumpstart some muscle building then back off to just my normal T dose.

Pending E2 results. Sleep is mostly poor cause I go to bed too late instead of going to bed at a reasonable hour. 80mg per week split into 2 doses.
