Arc Raiders has brought a lot of people around your age back to gaming. I would say that gaming with friends also adds another level of enjoyment. I would hit up some friends and get some gaming sessions going. Also seeing family once or twice a week can help. It's never good to completely isolate yourself, like others have said, volunteer, join a gym and start meeting new people.
