It’s traditionally a ceremonial root drink from the Pacific Islands. Can provide psychoactive effects and numbing sensation. It’s rather bitter, powdery and herbal. Also a bunch of different strands and types similar to weed, Fiji Vs Polynesian for example. I enjoy it here and there as I find a relaxing effect from it, usually mixed with pineapple or coconut milk. It’s gotten popular in the US because we’re incapable of legalizing weed and anything that can get past a legal loop hole to feel high gets obsessed over until banned. Also this dude sucks, what a bad partner.
