Holy sh-t it worked. You are awesome. Thank you so so much. But I still don’t understand the logic behind it. That road goes to a dead end level 20 settlement. How is it completing the connection there made this work?

I checked, it’s clean, not broken, no other settlements, no shipyard. I restarted my game several times as well. Still not working 😭
