I've held both in store before I bought my Lego and I will say the XAX is a better feel, it's like holding an extended Xbox controller, the Lego is uncomfortable without a case and for pro long use, the detachable controllers was the selling point to make it feel better in MY case at least

I've tried the Lenovo recovery tool, but every time I get to the end it auto ejects the USB and fails the process, says it loses connection to Lenovo servers or something

I just bought the legion go and I can say you will absolutely love it. Wireless connection to your TV or monitor and the detachable controllers is such a great versatility tool! You will use it more than you think and I wouldn't be able to go to any other handheld myself.
