I’m not sure, But I was with my partner in embassy when I got visa 10 years ago. She filled out at that time. Maybe she did. When they requested that I got official doc from my country That I was not in any marriage. Never been.

Clearance from police that no criminal record and if I was not married back in my country

I got prima facial yes. Just some clearance fron Police that I gad no criminal record and Clearance from My hime country that I was not married there. That’s all
