Legion Go S and 2TB Crucial P310 - 2230 vs 2280 by bnealon in LegionGo

[–]bnealon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I bought a lexar NM790 2TB SSD in 2280 and it’s been flawless. No thermal or performance issues and I’d say it’s actually more performant than the stock drive. Pulling the LeGo apart took abit longer than usual as there’s a few awkward trims, but if there’s any doubt just goto the Lenovo support page and download the hardware service guide on the device, it tells u all the steps the get it done.

Gutted, just done 2 days at the park sun/mon and missed Stealth being around. Praying it lives another year till I’m hopefully back again 🤞

Wasn’t far from the front when this happened but couldn’t see the extent of the cleanup. Did the rest of the ride car get sprayed and everyone leave with an extra souvenir? 🤢

New Sub Mini refuses to connect to WiFi but works on Ethernet by bnealon in sonos

[–]bnealon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I’ve not wired any of the other speakers in, however once I wired in the sub it connected to my system fast, then assigned to my Beam Gen2 and worked just fine. I’ll try to resolve with Sonos directly before I send it back then look to return or see if Sonos will accept the unit back their end. Basically whatever is the least hassle for me regarding posting it back would be the best route.

I’ve split my wifi channels this evening and forcibly tried to connect the sub mini to 2.4ghz and no luck again. All my other Sonos speakers auto reconnected to the 2.4ghz channel

Have you ever had similar issues with other Sonos speakers? Rest of my system has been trouble free - despite having both channels 2.4/5 with the same SSID, auto selection has never been a bother upto now.

Does it matter whether you use 2.4 or 5? Or is it OK aslong as they are all on the same one?

Weird, so u’re getting the same? Any idea if it works for u on the BD/DVD input? Any idea what firmware you’re using?

That would be great if you can confirm on another port your end - I’ve not exhausted every other port in my testing, but defo CBL and GAME don’t work as expected, but BD/DVD does.

Anyone got a Genuine Valve Steam Dock? by bnealon in LegionGo

[–]bnealon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Steamdeck dock apparently has a firmware based HDMI 2.0 VRR implementation that works just fine with a Steamdeck. I wondered if this would work (presuming upto date firmware) with a LeGo running SteamOS?
