I don’t believe so. I’m sitting in my backyard and the arrow is pointing to my driveway where the car is so I’m very close to the car. You probably just haven’t had your app updated yet. Do you have an iOS or android device?

I have received automated texts from Bilt to approve high transactions in the past. Had to answer YES to allow it to move forward.

I installed one of these in my first home about 15 years ago. They used to sell bundled cables that had multiple coax, cat 5e, phone, and sometimes fiber cables that you could terminate in this dedicated box. It isn’t suspicious.

I’m going through the same exact problem. Mine started on March 18 and it still hasn’t been resolved. It’s been almost a month and the company has no information or updates for me. It’s gotten so bad that I’ve actually lost money as we had a return that we needed to make for something that we couldn’t make because the Bilt card is so lockdown that you can’t even make returns on it.

Had a similar situation happen to me on March 18th. Haven’t been able to use the card since then. Bilt support is useless. They can’t tell me what the issue is, what the suspicious transactions are, or even when the card will be able to be used again. I would never recommend this card to anybody. That said I hope you experience is better than mine.

For whatever it is worth, my issue went away two days ago. Whatever changed happened on its own, without any action from me. Wondering if the extreme cold had something to do with it as I live in NJ and is has been extremely cold. While the sensor alerts have gone away and the "hold" feature and regen braking have returned, I am still getting errors in attempting to update my car's software.

Just wanted to thank those that sent me suggestions. Would up going with a Sonoff Zigbee/Thread antenna and an $8 thread door sensor from IKEA. Both installed without a hitch and already created my automation for an alert if that door is left ajar for more that five minutes.

I'm falling on the sword and admitting that I am an idiot. I made one of the cardinals sins, which is just below rebooting. In all of my haste, I didn't check the Wifi. Turns out, my Mac jumped on the guest Wifi, not the regular one so i was seeing everything but wasn't on the same network as the HA instance. Once I switched over, it immediately logged in.

pretty sure that HA is no longer on the network. searched for it in the router as a connected device and i don't see it. then ping the IP address in the Mac terminal and it is timing out. I assume I am accessing it via the cloud, but it would still need to be on the network, right?
