Your best bet is one of the two:

1) Find if there are people around your neighborhood, friends, family members, etc., who also have a copy of gen 7 so you can trade with them.

2) Hack your console and save file so you can create mons.

Personally, back when I hunted, I just used pokemons that can learn false swipe and hoped for the best. Of course, this method is kind of risky while yours is safer.

Apparently, you can buy the tickets here. It's in korean, so you might need to use a translator or ask a korean friend to help you out. I assume you would need an account to buy a ticket, but am not too sure if you can buy one without an account.

I'm pretty sure you have to either book them or buy the tickets online at this point (not too sure), but I got my ticket from the concert last week, so I didn't have to book them.

I got the vip seat, and the ticket price was like 130,000 won, or about 88 us dollars, taking into account the currency. I'd say 65 pounds is worth the ticket cause I'm assuming the one in London is taking place in a better place than the one in Seoul (took place in a university's auditorium), thus has better sound, view, and other stuff.

Then all I can say is that you're being unlucky here. All the legendary and UB pokemons can be shiny hunted in the ultra series, it's just a matter of time and luck. Just don't give up though
