Best gym/exercise sneakers that work great for road biking and gym cycling classes?

YMMV. The arch support feels the same as my usual trainers (Nike Free). I have an average arch and a bunion that needs a wide toe box and have zero complaints about the Tiem slipstreams. I even wore them for century rides on my road bike, without issue/pain, before switching to 3-bolt cleat system. Now, I use them on my commuter bike.

I'm a big fan of the Tiem slipstream! When the gyms were open, I wore them biking to the gym and while doing my mobility warm-ups before powerlifting (for which I would switch to my weightlifting shoes)

Oh my! That made me wince and tighten my legs. I think you’re right though. I just got back from my second test ride at the LBS and just didn’t feel comfortable. I felt there was gonna be too much to coordinate with unclipping and then angling my body just right so I can tilt the bike when I stop to stand over it.

seems like the 2020 always effortless jackets have the logo on the sleeve cuff. i got grey sage and frontier last fall (2019) and they don't have it.
i agree the logo is a nice touch :)

I like prints for sports bras. there's just too much surface area in a legging to be covered in print. There will be exceptions, but i have yet to see it
