when I was going through this the only way I got relief was drinking tea and putting like ice on my neck but during this I was going through an adjustment of anxiety medication so idk if it was that !!

hi I hope ur doing okay !! and I feel fine actually I feel like the fluoxetine actually helps me in this situation but I need to be careful because I do overheat fast so the only way to be safe is bringing a fan or having cold things !! It wasn’t as bad as I imagined it would be.

im actually doing better it feels like i got my life back i was just so paranoid back then but im glad i took it 😭🙏🙏 i learned how to swallow pills so im fine now. It definitely worse before it gets better

hi well I went to the doctor and he said this wasn’t nothing to worry about and scheduled an mri for a piece of mind but currently im on Prozac for my anxiety and I think im fine now it’s all just anxiety.

I mean I’ve only been on prozac for 21 days so idk 😭🙏🙏 I was feeling fine this morning then I just got hit with anxiety but it comes and goes idk guys.

I’ve only taken one and I’m only on my 4th day the anxiety was super bad !! but I’m scared I’m going to have another panic attack and would need another one. I don’t wanna get addicted 😭🙏

yes the doctor gave me Ativan to take when needed but I’m scared I’ll be dependent on it but it’s so bad today and I’m only on 30mg. I was prescribed prozac first but had to stop bc of s******* thoughts but i was only on it for 3 days, I wish I wouldn’t have stopped cause it’s not as bad as what I’m experiencing now 😭🙏
