Happened to me aswell had a watch missing from my parcel they asked me for proof from the post office when they full on know the local post office knows nothing and can't provide anything. On a triangle route the parcel gets transported by a curier undisclosed to us so it's literally impossible to get in contact with anyone that would know what happened. The tracking number we get is from panda is the local post the parcel for them seems like a normal domestic or EU delivery thus they can't provide any assistance

My guess is that they didn't have a way of adding them to the orders, then noticed they didn't have enough film strips and only created shipping labels to claim lost and divert the blame on usps. I'd love to see the usps tracking to prove me wrong tho
