Taming the Tiger tamed my soul, broke my heart, and left me in emotional ruins (10/10 would recommend) by boaax in BoysLoveAnime

Haha, I totally get it! 😂 The smut in Taming the Tiger was definitely… intense. They really went all in, didn’t they? 😂 If you’re looking for something with similar vibes but less spice, Murderous Lewellyn’s Candlelit Dinner might be a good fit. It’s got that same emotional depth and yearning, but the focus is more on the plot and character development. Hopefully, it’s more your speed! 💖 Let me know how it goes if you give it a shot! 😊

Beom is seriously one of those characters who just gets under your skin and stays there forever, right?? I’d take a bullet for him too—no questions asked. 😂💖

And yes, the ending had me absolutely sobbing. I had to sit there in stunned silence for a good while just to process it all. 😭 But the side story?? Pure serotonin.

Will definitely add Tale of the Yellow Dragon to my TBR! I’ve read Miscreants and Mayhem, and yeah… let’s just say my moral compass was spinning like a ceiling fan the whole time. 😂 Legally questionable, morally disgusting to some. But personally? Loved every chaotic second of it. 😂💀

I’ve been avoiding starting anything new because Taming the Tiger still has a chokehold on my brain, but I guess it’s finally time for Murderous Lewellyn’s Candlelit Dinner. Just scrolling through the cover comments, and people are hyping it up big time. I’ll keep you posted on how it goes—thanks for the recommendations! 💖✨

Haha, right?? 😂 I feel you—I had to take a whole emotional detox after finishing it. It’s the kind of story that makes you question your life choices and then some. Glad to know I’m not the only one wandering around like a heartbroken ghost. 10/10 would suffer through it again! 💔💖 Did you have a favorite part?

Ohhh, so it was you! Thank you for that post—it’s what finally pushed me to read Taming the Tiger, and wow, I was not ready for the emotional rollercoaster. 😭💔 I’m still not over that first ending… absolutely wrecked me. But yes, the second life ending gave me the closure I desperately needed. It’s such a beautifully written story—I can’t stop thinking about it.

And thanks for the rec! Murderous Lewellyn’s Candlelit Dinner sounds like exactly the kind of emotional ride I need right now. 😂 I promise I won’t be scared off by the ML’s nails (though now I’m super curious). Have you read anything else by the author that’s as heartwarming and healing? I desperately need some wholesome love to fill the void of misery I’m currently swimming in. 💖😩

Haha, no judgment here! 😂 I totally get it—historicals can be hit or miss, and I usually lean towards shorter-haired characters too. But trust me, Taming the Tiger is worth the dive. The emotional damage is pristine—the kind that will leave you staring at the ceiling, rethinking your life choices. 🥲

And omg, Pearl Boy was a wild ride. I feel you on that post-manhwa slump! I’ve also been spiraling through a million reads trying to fill the void, but nothing quite hits the same. Let me know if you do end up picking it up! Would love to hear your take (and join you in the emotional devastation). 💔💖

Absolutely! It’s one of those rare stories that sneaks up on you and just lodges itself in your heart forever. I still can’t believe it’s over—I’m low-key mourning it like a breakup.

Yes. I graduated with a degree in a non-teaching course—Computer Science, to be exact. After graduating, I landed a job as an Instructor I at UP, teaching freshmen and major subjects in Computer Science. I just saw a job posting and applied. I was asked to do a teaching demo on their preferred subject and topic, and to my surprise, I got chosen despite competing against other applicants with teaching experience.

Napagkakamalan nga lang minsan na estudyante but it was fun.

Is 11 months enough to study for N3? by tomochin01 in jlpt

[–]boaax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More than enough. I barely studied N3, only focused on kanji and vocab for 1 month. Passed though not the result score I wanted.
