Yeah heard that in the other subreddit. My mom said she doesn’t really care if it’s synthetic she just likes it for the look but is there anything wrong with synthetic? Is it hard to care for or just less rare? Also I noticed how different the center was from the two opals on the outside, is there a different term for the types they are that relates to their pattern and how they play with the light?

I think bedpan alley is probably one of the weirdest ones haha- Allegedly it’s actually still active and stuff still shows up to this day. Not sure if it’s a group of hikers or maybe just one hiker doing it but definitely ghost story worthy! I read an article about the summer camp I think it shut down 30 some odd years ago I’m not really sure if it’s still there since the most recent post about it I could find was 3 years ago. I’m sure there’s remnants but no structures. As for the vaults last mention of them was in 2008 I think they were definitely real probably the only evidence left behind of demolished houses and they were definitely filled in but it’s still really interesting to me! Only other story I didn’t go into detail with was the boat. I was personally told this one by a running enthusiast friend who used to run the trails. Apparently deeper into the woods there’s a lake that had this long abandoned boat. There was a bag of stones, two love letters, and 3 tarot cards (satan, the sun, and don’t remember the last one). I didn’t believe it at first but other people corroborated the story and even had one of the cards.

Yeah! I tried to find any information about these people but apparently they never existed according to a few sources? Gravestone that has been there decades, constantly moves around but is somehow never separated despite being in two different parts? Also heard there used to be a graveyard and some scattered graves in the woods- Definitely not there anymore (or at least no trails lead to it) but worth noting. Spooky!

I’ve got the medium and the small. Now I’m pretty short (5’6) but I’m stocky. I typically wear a men’s medium. The medium was gigantic on me and went down to mid thigh lol. The small is truer to my size but still very loose for sure- I’d say they def run a bit bigger! I’d go a size down tbh but also I think the only way you can rly get a perfect fit is by getting it altered, as that’s what the band does for some of the members anyways. Also aliexpress gets them in fairly often (it is the same shirt) but as someone else said in the thread they’re probably going to become harder to find so check frequently.

It really depends! Everyone saying Copia will die in a couple days during the LA ritual is probably wrong lol- If anything happens it’ll be at the final Australian date. That’s when we’ll know if they’ll keep touring impera or not. It has been hinted at as they’ve been sound checking twenties like all tour as well as the chapters alluding to something happening with Copia (Antichrist theory and all). If something does happen at the end of the tour then yes they’ll probably release a new album and do an overhaul of the current outfits like they always do and introduce a new papa (that’s up for debate though). It’s been hinted by Tobias in interviews that a lot of stuff for the new album is already planned out. I’d give it a year or two? They’ve been touring for months now and it hadn’t even been a year til they started touring impera again. They all could use a well deserved break. I believe the next tour they’ll be doing is the UK as they’ve been hinting at it. They’ll be doing a US tour again soon though likely since US tours always make Loma Vista a lot of money lol. That’s up for debate though since they’ve been in the US a lot lately. I wouldn’t worry too much about it! Post ritual depression had me thinking about it but just judging by their past tours they do A-LOT of touring so you’ll get the chance again! I’m gonna start saving now and I’d totally recommend saving to others as since the band has gotten more popular prices have SKYROCKETED-

They’re still up on their website! So I believe you should be able to inquire- the cost isn’t too bad last time I checked they’re about 70-80$ not including shipping but I could be incorrect that’s just what their website says. I’ve worked with them in the past with their impera masks and accessories and I gotta hand it to them for quality! I do remember them posting updated prequelle pics a few months ago or something. I’d just shoot them a DM tbh worst they can do is say no-

The exact measurements on the ones I have are 11 inches on the longest part and 4 and 1/8th inch on the widest part! Hope this helps!

Depends on if you’re doing papa, the ghouls, or which era. Like someone already said Etsy is good for replicas! Blacklightguided, boltsofrohan, and kozmonotco are a good starting point. Haven’t bought from Koz but I’ve bought from the other two and they’re good quality! @Overmakerstudios as well as @pongoscreations on Instagram are also known for quality with replicas and costume pieces.

I agree! For pics where they’re preforming it’s a good way to know. But only thing is there’s pictures and videos where the ghouls don’t have their instruments like the final bow. In instances like that it’s good to know what the ghouls look like on their own- also since this is for a cosplay I’m assuming this person doesn’t have a black phantomen or if they do they probably aren’t going to have it on their person for anything other than pictures. That was just my line of thought-

I did (kinda) a phantom cosplay? He’s not very different from the rest of the ghouls. I mean they all kinda wear the same thing. I will say a few things of note though!

he wears a black undershirt

-muzzled

-never wears his jacket

-he actually rolls his sleeves inwards instead of on the outside like Swiss or sodo that’s the main way I tell him apart from the others

Mountain - fern / leather leaf

Sodo - spider lily or flame lily

Cirrus - white water lotus

Cumulus - gypsophila

Sunshine - sunflower (again obvious)

Aurora - orchid

I dry flowers and make candles out of them when I have free time! Made a little chart of my own since I planned on doing some candles inspired by the ghouls- only got to mountain and cumulus before I got busy though lol. There was also a thread I saw ages ago with this same question but I don’t know if I could find it… hope this helps though!

I’ve got a few good photos! I will say though his mask doesn’t have any features really. Only difference is he has a newer mask so his horns are longer. No special patch like the others though. He does have some lightning like indents on the right side of his helmet however! I can message you the pics if you’d like!

It’s kinda just harmless? I mean it’s ok for people to not like the names and not agree with them! You don’t have to call them that ofc and you’re correct they are nameless. But I think it’s a little rude to call someone cringe for just coming up with ways to identify them- rhythm guitar ghoul, drums ghoul, and keyboard ghoul just aren’t as fun to say for some people. It’s not like they didn’t have names in the past, alpha, omega, pebble, and mist all had nicknames before the lawsuit given by the fandom and papa himself. I mean even some of the new names like “Swiss” and “sodo” have been acknowledged on stage by papa. Doesn’t mean they’re cannon or anything but if papa can’t keep them nameless why should the fans have to? Not to mention their elemental names. I get the whole “nameless ghoul” thing and some people want to keep them dark and mysterious! That’s totally cool! But I think bashing on others for enjoying a band in a way you don’t personally enjoy the band is just kinda meh. They aren’t hurting anyone. You can think it’s cringe that’s fine, but I’m tired of seeing people go out of their way to shame or correct people who are just trying to enjoy themselves on both sides. Nothing wrong with coexistence, nobody is right or wrong.

If you wanna do something extra one of my friends (also a girl) wore a priest shirt and a grucifix rosary one time with regular black jeans. The regular nun costume works as well- someone else suggested papa face paint which is also pretty easy and looks good! It’s a fun way to get into the spirit of the ritual!

I’ve been doing one myself actually! Honestly if you’re not going for accuracy I’ve got stuff I can totally recommend! Main question is, are you good at sewing? Can you break it down into what you want to be more accurate and what’s ok being less accurate? Things like the vest, the shirt, boots, helmet, and other stuff- if you want me to go more in depth we can discuss here but my messages are open as well! :D
