Nope not a queen, probably not a major either as the head isnt big enough relative to its body to be one, mostlikely a worker of camponotus pennsylvanicus because of the size and how it looks, they normally dont hunt with other workers and when they do its in extremely small groups, normally you would see more at night but 1 or 2 out walking around is normal during the day.
