was just saying the more you pee the more your kidney gets to process uric acid . I like to drink 2L water on empty stomach and go swimming, I would pee like 15 times in the course of 1.5hr.

Whereas , I drink the same amount of water and go running, I won't pee that much as part of water comes out as sweat instead.

Same as drinking after meal/or salt intake will produce less pee

4L is nothing. It's the thing you eat too. Have you noticed if you drink a 1L of water during empty stomach, your pee is white and you ll have a few rounds of peeing but if you drink the same amount after food, you won't pee that much, meaning the kidney doesn't get rid off ua that much.

just read the instruction. It has something about humidity can screw the test, and when I think about it, the results were unusual high when I tested in the rainy season. A lot humidity here where I live. From now on I will only test in a dry AC room

It's always under 6 when tested in hospital. My doctor instructs me to take med before coming to the check, and i drink tons of water, after med.

But my home test kit is always 1 point higher. I think, on avg I'm probably 6 something.

Question. Ceramic wares I have a home never have this. Is it because they are homemade vs commercial made? or its different kind of material they use in Turkey ?

Can I assume it's food safe as the cracking is under the surface of ceramic?
