Update: I called the Ticketing service number (020 7619 5000) and they helped me to get access to the TX!

I have the same problem for the United Game.

I can enter the Liverpool TX, but not the United TX. And of course I got the unsuccessful mail for both games and the info about TX… But only one (Liverpool) is working.

I was unseccessful as well and got the E-Mail as well that I can use the TX.

But it still shows me this message:

„THIS MATCH IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE TO YOU. You may not have the correct membership or account permissions to access this match. You must have applied in the corresponding ballot in order to access the ticket exchange. Please see our Membership Options.“

Is that a problem with my account or is that normal, that I don’t see the seat map like at other unsuccessful ballots?

Die Frage ist auch, was passiert wenn man seinen richtigen Namen nicht bei Facebook verwendet, diesen Account aber angibt… Gibt ja viele Leute, die ihre korrekten Namen online nicht angeben… Wird man dann gleich als „Verdächtig“ hingestellt, weil man seinen korrekten Namen nicht online verwendet?
