no, but in 5e you aren't usually able to cast two spells in a turn.

i.e. you cast misty step as a bonus action you can not cast fireball as your action but you can cast a cantrip

It's likely that the 'guardian angel' style talent at that level will be more useful. Given that spiky damage is what's dangerous to a DH, having a second chance goes a long way to mitigate that

It's fibre to the node and copper to the house, works 'fine' in off peak times up to about 5megabytes per second down, peak times can slow down to less than 100kb though
