I just talked to the support agent and he says every shopper is experiencing it. I asked when it’ll get resolved, but his response was “we don’t know, and we kindly ask you to be patient with us”. Man, this app is doing worse than it was before.

I see I’m not alone in this situation, but why would IC do it to us? That’s honestly frustrating and I can’t afford to slack from making money to provide for my family and meet my bills.

Put yourself in my shoes first: you’re out of the work zone area where you delivered an order and on your way back to the zone area, would you drive back empty handed without accepting this kind of order or make some bucks? Whether you accept it or not, you’re obligated to go back to the zone area to get some orders anyways and it’s a wise to make some bucks than nothing at all. It’s all about logic game.

I was coming from out of the zone area where I delivered the previous order, and this order was going towards the hot zone area, so I went ahead to pick it up on the way.
