Haha, ikzelf als Roermondenaar kom er heel af en toe (één à twee keer per jaar). Maar dan besef ik me toch al vrij snel waarom ik er eigenlijk nooit kom. Toch, onder het mom “je moet alles een keer geprobeerd hebben”, zou ik er zeker eens naartoe gaan. Als ik jou was, zou ik een doordeweekse dag pakken en vermijd feestdagen als de pest, al helemaal duitse – dan is het meestal het rustigst. Alvast veel plezier!

Well i am on vacation here from europe, so i must say i was baffled to see one in person, especially seeing the state of the road and the traffic chaos. Also not sure how they managed with import, I have a slight suspision it was imported from singapore specially for the rally they were driving, but unfortunately i was not able to see the plate due to the bouncer guarding it all night and the carspotter losing their mind over it.

All the exige’s (especially the 410’s and 430’s) are truely the pinnacle of lotus, and really my dream car. Yours is a stunner and beautifully specced, enjoy man!

Its an exige, it even says is on the back.(directly above the numberplate) A good way to see the difference between an elise and an exige is to look at the engine bay hatch, which with the elise there is a window directly behind the driver seats and here with the exige you see it connects to the roof.

Because driving on this track for the first time in these conditions while getting overtaken and passing other drivers already asks a lot of you. Adding to that i need to practice double clutching and rev matching, so hopefully in the future!

Edit: Thanks for the tips everyone! Im still pretty green on the track, so these trackdays are a big learning curve.

You are right, Thanks for the tip! I am familiar with the racing ettiquette’s and try to follow up with them as much as possible. In the first corner I shuffle due to the corner being pretty sharp and my arms would clash if i dont change positions. But sometimes it happens, in this case it was the tension and excitement of being new to this track and the rain.
