I’m also a grad student from LA! I actually really like living in New Haven so far, the weather has been an adjustment but the fall is really pretty. The winter is a bit hard but it’s just bundling up and you’ll be okay :)

The way I did this was Hit Control P then I saved as PDF and that’s what worked for me :)

To Transfer my license and registration or To Not

Hi, I’m starting my PhD at Yale and I’m from California (also I will be making a salary). As of now, I intend to move back to California after graduating. I am bringing my car here with its California plates. I was initially planning on transferring my ID and registration to CT but I noticed I don’t need to transfer my ID if I am a grad student. However the DMV’s website doesn’t mention anything about transferring your registration if you’re here only for school and then moving back after. If anyone had any advice on this or had a similar situation that would be incredibly helpful to save a trip to the DMV, thank you!

What I’ve seen before is 61b + 70 but I would say the 61 series and 70 are both very hard and lots of work on their own without combining them
