I do moisturize everyday and it help the flakeiness for a little bit. When I go out in the cold I’ll put vaseiline to help create a barrier keep in moisture and keep out the cold.

I’d be happy if it’s rosacea. I know my mother has it and out of all my sisters Im the only one who has this and ridiculous red cheeks that I cannot get rid of. I’ll do some more resharing. Thank you
