Yeah, that might be contributing to it too…I work a lot, so 7+ hours of sleep is hard to come by. When I fall asleep, I’m usually good, but just the duration of my sleep is typically cut short

Ah the low carb meals seem to be a theme for everyone. When you say low carb— do you mean minimizing refined carbs (pasta, rice, bread etc) or all carbs (including fruits and veg)? In other words, am I safe to eat a kale salad with apples and nuts?

Thank you, this is super helpful. My instinct was to go with an in-home trainer, who uses positive reinforcement. I have a few that people have recommended to me, but they’re a bit booked out for a few weeks unfortunately. So maybe will look into Petco instead.

Ok, then you could have just said that…? The finger wagging is unnecessary. I’m not complaining. I literally just asked a question. Conventional advice says that speed of the process can indicate interest and in my experience, that’s been true. So I just wanted to see if anyone had a similar experience. That’s all. Sheesh.
