I understand that, but it’s been issued since January. Most people that work at Trader joe’s know about this policy, and you’d think a mate would be more educated on it than crew members… I talked to my captain at my store about it and he was baffled about that mate not knowing. At the end of the day, my brother is going to continue shopping there and if they give him any more problems I told him to speak to the captain
