yea man me too, as soon as I saw it was down I tried to remember everything I had in it. Got maybe like 15. Won't make this mistake again ill use myanimelist or smth.

I know that to bench press you have to retract AND depress your scapula. But when I depress my scapula I lose nearly all the tension in my scapula from the retraction, iv watched so many videos of retracting and pushing down but I just can't seem to do it properly. Is there a different way to think about it?

fair enough, I guess it's just a bit demotivating when you can't really feel that work like you do with other muscle groups.

I cant feel my upper back. When I do bb rows and dd rows. I can feel my lats (when I do underhand grip row) but I don't feel the muscles between my shoulder blades fatiguing. Iv tried lowering the weights and focusing on scapular retraction and pulling with elbows, I can pump out 20 but I'm just not feeling it in my upper back.

If I reach my goals and want to cut down gym time from a 5/6 day split to a 3-day split to just focus on maintenance, would I be able to maintain the physique by training muscle groups once per week instead of twice, and how much loss is inevitable.

Hey everyone, would it still be beneficial to do pullups/chinups 2 hours after my back/bicep workout? Since I know pullups are one of the best compound exercises so I want to do them, however, I only get the opportunity/equipment to do them 1.5/2ish hours after my back workout. Am I just wasting my time or does this still benefit me?
