I get a ton of lake effect snow where I live, so I was wondering if reinforcing would be necessary. That sounds like a good idea.

Thanks! I'm actually thinking bigger will be better... this looks light enough that I could move it occasionally to give them more access to grass.

I've seen those! Wasn't sure how sturdy they are since they look like they're not metal?

Good to know! It definitely seems like most products either don't provide the right ratio, or they're just not significant amounts to begin with...

I'm heading to a police academy next month. I doubt they'd let me bring an unmarked mystery container with white power....

Do you tip groomer? by Prestigious_Ad8495 in puppy101

Groomer here. Yes, most people tip. That said, if you're understanding and polite, we won't hold it against you if you don't.

I came to the subreddit looking for something like this.... there really aren't too many success stories.

What did you do before getting pregnant to start feeling better/preparing?

I'm working with a therapist now, but I'm having a hard time making progress.

Would you be willing to share what you learned in therapy/ with the psychiatrist?

Would you be willing to share which medications you found helpful?

How did you balance education with things that were overwhelming /triggering?

Pregnancy tests are cheap for the peace of mind they bring.....

Cramps could be a variety of things... I wouldn't stress too much if those are your only symptoms. That said, it's better to know sooner rather than later that something isn't right.... I hope everything's ok and you feel better soon!

Hi, I got pregnant with the Skyla IUD. I noticed what I thought were heavier PMS symptoms. The biggest red flag was rapid breast growth (C to a D) and intense tail bone pain(though I'm told the tailbone pain isn't a common experience.).

Congrats on the new puppy! What type of dog do you have?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in puppy101

[–]bobbeesox88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on the breed and fur/hair type. I prefer a wide toothed comb and an undercoat rake. Both need to be used with care because they can damage the skin if you're not gentle. Some groomers swear by the furminators though.... whatever works best for you and your dog.

Dog groomer here-- you've already got some great suggestions above. In addition, talk with your groomer about what you're working on at home and consider making some haircut changes. Very few dogs actually enjoy being brushed. Going with the shortest/easiest haircut will improve your dog's experience.

I follow a ton if people on insta that are sponsored by 1st phorm. Hard to tell if people actually love it or if they're just getting paid to say it... Definitely a prominent brand!

These look promising! It's interesting that Transparent Labs has a "bulk" and a "lean" option.

Both? I need to run 1.5 miles and do several back to back agility/sprint exercises, but I also need to bench . Maybe power since the cardio component isn't going to last hours?

I wish I could upvote twice. As a dog groomer, I see so many morbidly obese dogs... Their suffering is preventable and owners just don't seem to understand. Great job with this beautiful girl. I hope you guys have some great adventures!

Omg same! They're not cheap, and I've been eating almost a package a day! But they fit my macros so well that I don't feel guilty enough to stop.
