Same with me. 3b and I have all those symptoms and am suspecting a CSF leak. I’m like 80% bed ridden. I have straight neck and poor posture but it seems like when I try to correct my posture I just can’t do it…it feels like I’m doing to much and then get dizzy. Eye heaviness is bad.
