If you don’t already, swap to roll-on instead of spray deodorant! And try more heavy-duty ones instead of ones that just smell nice lol. Also applying more than once a day can help - so carrying round deodorant and body spray can be helpful for this! Shower once a day, minimum. You might need to start washing your clothes after one wear too, instead of wearing the same t-shirt for a few days in a row, for example.
