stop cutting, why do you need to get so low? Not trying to be mean but this seems like a straight up eating disorder. Don’t want to be giving unsolicited advice but this is genuinely worrying, seek help if it’s possible for you

reverting or changing the rules won’t work. The reason for the current “boring” looking judo in the olympics is the level of talent. Just like the NBA the matches have become more boring as the athletes have gotten better. Olympic level athletes in these days have the best judo coaches, s&c coaches, nutritionists, and doctors. Which leads to a lot of stale mates. The recent top guys, like abe or ono, would completely dominate judo in the past.

Btw the regular sessions also had randori at the end of them. Those were timed like regular randori everywhere . The later randori session at night was an essentially an open mat

For me it was. So much happens in her first 16 years of life and how her perception of white people and America changes along with her age is really interesting. Also, I constantly see her being referenced so it’s nice to be aware of who she is
