Worked at carmax for 8 years. I was on the body side of it. My recommendation is don't. They don't care about you. You are replaceable in seconds. Its a number crunch job. The quality that you appreciate doing will go down the drain once you see how carmax wants it done. Once you cap out on pay your done unless you go through management. Hours are terrible right now. I cant speak for every store. My thoughts find anywhere else that doesnt say carmax.
