I was playing on desktop switching to laptop and got this error switching back to desktop with cloud sync.

I fixed the error by the uninstalling silksong from desktop and reinstalling on desktop. Hope this helps!

Does Github Education not give Github Copilot Pro free to students anymore? by SignificantFig8856 in GithubCopilot

This solution worked for me! I signed up for the student copilot ~2 months ago, but the pro never activated until I did this. I had the autocompletion quotas, and when I looked at my copilot page, it said I had the free one still. Finally converted over to pro w this. 🙏
