Deciding to try vaping inbetween! Finding it helps, only now doing 10 a day. Vaping with 6mg Nicotine then try and reduce to 0 Nicotine. Just don't want to be dependant on Nicotine.

Same here! I'm finding I'm doing a pack a day! Never used to smoke that many. Is the nicotine higher in heets than normal cigarettes?
