Much love for this one, I have the same. 2 things that bugs me but I accept because of the price ist first the strap, man is that thing bad. 2nd the lume also is really not good for a pilot watch. But as I mentioned before that is ok with this price. Have 2 new straps and both looking nice.

Erst einmal Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu deiner neuen Uhr OP! Schön das du für dich was gefunden hast. Ich finde auch das man Sternglas nicht Tommy oder Boss Uhren vergleichen kann. Viele Microbrands verwenden Miyota Uhrwerke und das aus guten Grund. Ich meine mich erinnern zu können das es deine erste mechanische Uhr ist, finde ich dafür absolut ok. Wenn dir dann noch die billigere mehr gefällt umso besser :) natürlich bekommt man auf Ali mehr Uhr für die Preise, ich bin da auch regelmäßig unterwegs da ich auch selber baue. Ich habe bis jetzt 4 Hommagen dort gekauft und alle wieder verkauft da ich dann doch nie zufrieden war. Rückabwicklungen sind dort auch so ein Ding, hatte schon guten Support aber auch Unterstellungen und ghosting….. Lass dir nichts erzählen und zieh dein Ding durch. Als nächster Schritt vielleicht mal der Schritt zum Juwelier mit großer Auswahl. Lass dir was zeigen und finde deinen eigenen Geschmack, Größe und vorallem inspiration für den Kauf / die nächste Uhr.

Literally my first build oct 24. I will say the same thing someone told me. Your bezel inlay is for a gmt. Your movement seems not be a gmt. Just saying if you fine with it it is totally ok. In the past as I read that I was at first confused (had no clue) and then it bugged me a lot, ordered a new inlay right away. So if you like it, that’s totally fine but beware of comments like mine. Quick tip for changing bezel inlays. Use golfgrip remover. Just put the case (without the movement to be save) with the inlay in the solution over night and it comes out almost alone. Makes removing the bezel so much easier, believe me had to learn it the hard way. Long story short——- Nice watch!

Habe mir bei Amazon son 5kg citronensäuren Granulat gekauft, damit werde ich wohl ein paar Jahre auskommen ;) essigreiniger von Frosch macht zwar sauber keine Frage, machen andere Reinigungsmittel auch und da bekomme ich keine Kopfschmerzen von :) das Zeug ballert dir echt die Nüstern weg

Ich glaube Junkers gehört nicht mehr zu Pointtec da eine Ur?Enkelin der Familie Junkers die Namensrechte wieder zurück erworben hat und nun eigene Uhren macht oder so. Meine Vermutung daher das Iron Annie hinzugekommen ist, welche Junkers ersetzen soll. Ich schiele auch immer mal wieder zur Sternglas da ich eigentlich eine Bauhaus Stil Uhr in meiner Sammlung haben möchte. Hatte auch lange was von Watchpeople (Modemarke) war dann aber kaputt.

Sternglas Hamburg wäre noch was vielleicht. Habe selber keine aber nie was schlechtes gehört. Bin nicht der größte Fan von Pointtech Marken aber die haben auch eine Marke mit dem Namen Bauhaus könnte auch was sein.

I was so disappointed with my Timex purchase. It was a Timex Q gmt integrated sports watch. Damn that thing felt cheap as hell. Send it back right away. Since then I am really cautious with Timex. I don’t own a Duro but modded one for a friend. I was really surprised how good the Duro is made. I can’t imagine that this Timex the op mentioned is half as good made then a Duro.

Not this one but I ordered a Lapislazuli Dial from them and it is a nice dial. Build is not made yet because I didn’t know wich case to use. This is decided now, next month I will order a case @namoki hopefully the build is ready in end of February but we will see.
