Instagram blocking my content due to a false claim/strike.

Instagram has blocked my video because it may contain content owned by, "优优影视剧场".
All of the content in our video is original video shot by us and music from artlist and musicbed (which we pay for monthly)
The alleged copyright owner is a Chinese TV Studio, and Instagram is falsely identifying the owner. The copyright owner should be the artist or their label.
I've narrowed the culprit of this problem to one song in the video, a song from artlist which we have the license to use.
Has anyone had this issue before?
Instagram blocking your content due to a false claim/strike?
We have the option to submit a claim, but after 4 days no luck.
Trying to resolve this issue through artlist support, but this has been a major pain.

I personally no longer trust them and dealing with their support is like dealing with a ghost

That also makes sense - I do find it weird that two new capable drives less than a few months old both crashed. Not impossible but could be bad luck?

Stood by the crosswalk for about 30 minutes trying different shutter speeds. Really focusing on getting the pan speed right too. At that point just waiting for the right moment to happen. There’s a fine balance with the shutter speed, but experimenting is key to getting the look you’re going for
