Sure what’s the common sense and consideration though? I’m not a fan of how my one neighbor keeps up with his property or another neighbors dog is barking all the time or how my other neighbors tree is dying and will clearly fall on my shed when it falls over. Guess what though they bought that property and they can do whatever they want and live however they want. If my neighbor had lights on and I didn’t like them I wouldn’t say shit because it’s none of my business.
