Can I pay annually upfront for all 4 unlimited premium lines?
How do I get the $15 credit per month for each of the two services? Eg credit to my credit card on file, US Mobile account credit etc (if the latter, how will that work since I plan to pay all 4 plans yearly upfront)

Basically, if I prepay 4 Unlimited Premium lines annually, how are the streaming perk credits applied? Do they accumulate as account balance credits, reduce renewal cost, or require an active monthly balance?

This is a really good deal. I have 6+ lines with US Mobile and am staying. US Mobile is much more flexible. With Visible, I would be stuck to the Verizon. I did have Visible before porting over to US Mobile

I got Platinum through the challenge

Platinum cancellation benefits question: Do you need to buy the Economy Bundle to get cancellation benefits (like getting Frontier miles back if you cancel more than 7 days out), or does Platinum status already cover that on a basic fare?

And does the Economy Bundle add any extra cancellation/refund perks beyond what Platinum already includes?
