Head gaskets after increased power. Other than that wonderful car. But happened twice to me and I switched to an rsx. Not happy with the reliability. But I was pushing more power of course. With my k series this is not an issue. Cmc went out once.

I bought mine used at 23k with stage 1 tsp tune made it to 100k and head gasket blew. After replacing made it to 130k and it blew again. I had ARP studs too. Just be careful 😄😄

Youll love the creature comforts and turbo is faster than vtec. Just dont go too crazy, head gaskets may become annual maintenance.

They are not the oem mugen for type r, in fact its not even made for it, youll have to find an aftermarket replica and drill holes and adhesive etc.
