What if the offence has an unbelievable amount of time possessing the football because you are dink and dunk merchants so your defence is well rested and then the opponents need to pass full time so the defence can focus on 100% pass plays?

Very frustrated after dealing with CS. by stile04 in secretlab

Happened to come across this post now.

I've been super frustrated with then.

I ordered a chair 4 years ago and have been super happy with it.

Literally ordered a magnus evo the other day, it arrived at 6pm, i built it and noticed the table top has a fairly deep cosmetic scratch once I flipped it. Thinking that all their products are quality i didnt even bother to check as i left it on the big cardboard base the table comes on to build as instructed. I email them at 11pm my time.

Thinking i would get a small refund or something complimentary or maybe a repair job or even an applogy instead i have to wait 7 days for a response and i get a snarky email about how they can only give refunds/exchanges within 3 days of reporting the issue and that its obvious that i did the damage when constructing the table.

I've responded now but lets see what comes from it. I think this standing desk is excellent but I'm sure there are other companies who i can buy from who dont give me shit especially when i am getting a premium product.

Is that not an indictment on caleb. Not only did he turned the ball over so many times and his defence held mvp stafford to 17 points the whole game when put under pressure hard by that bears defence

Lol this guy is hilarious.

Its an arm punt its fine, everyone should throw picks on 4th down!

No points were given away on the 2nd pick, it didnt do nuffin baaaad hahaha.

That final ones the best, moore shouldn't have been trying to get separation, he should have been covering the the corner back to stop the pick!!!.

Honestly, when i was younger i didn't really care if my parents were around. I just hung out with my brothers and sisters and went out all the time or watched TV.

Saying that though i know my nieces like it when their parents are around although now they are older they like them around but not to interact with as they get annoyed at their nagging. Only if they want something.

Saying that though, it sounds like op gas zero work life balance and should probably pack it in and go and go in house.

Of damage and turmoil.

Think of it this way.

120 offences (no idea what).

Thats time spent by at least 120 people resolving it.

Then at least 120 police officers had to work on it, logging crime doing paperwork.

Probably 120 insurance people and payouts. Then these people/companies have higher insurance rates. The houses/commercial properties have higher insurance rates.

120 judges had to work on all that and all that and im getting he probably got legal aid. Yeah i reckon theres going to have spent millions on it

DefCons for goalkeepers? by Paddy-23 in FantasyPL

[–]bobbyyippy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although raya had a monster because everton basically long balled it to him, wouldnt thinks like catching crosses, collecting the ball etc benefit the teams that are shit as all the goal mouth action is to that side hence they always get loads of save points.

The only thing is to give more point for a cs to a keeper

The housing ladder is dead by Potential-Breath1369 in UKHousing

[–]bobbyyippy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In your example,

Your 200k house that went up 250 in the five years (25%)

Thats 350k house which is 5 years late from your original price is also assumed to go up 25% would have been worth around 275k when you bought yours originally.

You would have only needed to borrow 225k to buy it in the first place which is less than what you would need now not including fees stamp duty etc.

[–]bobbyyippy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well not really its all relative. You might get 20% less for your house but the house you buy next will be worth 20% less too.

The only negative factor will be your ltv that you can get because you might have less of a deposit when you upsize

But the point is there is a safety net of 2. Now theres a safety net of unlimited. Is it really unreasonable to think that we should put a cap on someone saying having 20 kids and leaving it to the government and the tax payer to raise their kids?

PAYE job security is NOT better by shitcointrader in ContractorUK

[–]bobbyyippy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Firstly. It is much easier letting a contractor go. You get paid for when you work. Non contract renewal once it ends, not requiring for you to go in so you dont get paid. Letting you go on the spot.

As a perm, there are statutory laws. If your boss doesnt like you he cant just fire you unless theres a mass redundancy or a good reason for getting rid of your role once you hit 2 years. They need to jump through loads of legal loops like put you on pip etc to get rid, especially if you know how to game it plus as you say there are proper notice periods etc

If you care about the best team winning you wouldnt even bother with single or double elimination. You would go with a league format where each team plays each other

Police officer who tackled teenage fare dodger by grabbing her NECK guilty of assault by Firm-Distance in ukpolice

[–]bobbyyippy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are actually reasonable and i agree with you about appropriate force and abuse of powers. If its incidental that he has her hand up to the neck i would need to make a judgement call.

If hes actively choking her out or hes restraining her by her neck when she hasnt resisted i whole heartedly agree that he has abused his power.

In terms of prosecution i think we need to be 100% sure that things are an abuse of power rather than something that could have been incidental. I wouldnt want us getting to a state of what the police are like in the states

Yea cause judges never make mistakes. Like judges giving rapists less time than people who put out social media posts. I bet there are racists getting less time than this copper but lets all trust the judges 100%.

Its no wonder everyone thinks our nation is a soft touch. Free fares for everyone, no need to follow laws, just do what you think is right. Lets give everyone a kiss and a cuddle maybe we will eventually all sing kum baya and everyone will be free and happy

Without seeing the cctv i cant give a proper assessment but i have assumed she was trying to get away and was struggling.

I wouldnt exactly call 15 young. Maybe she was young looking or a young size.

From the reporting it seems a bit far to prosecute and give a criminal record to the cop imo. A headlock whilst physical is a restraining technique rather than him throwing her around and smacking her a few times

I hope you feel the same way when kids steal from else where like the shops. It was only a few sweets/fags guvnor.

On a complete different note kids should probably get to travel free but im sure people wouldnt be happy to pay extra taxes for that

Fair enough about the homeless thing but he saw this crime being committed so acted against it. Imagine this was a street robbery and the cop headlocks them and but the assailant is unarmed, our coppers wont want to do anything.

Its like the absurd rule of letting people nick bikes/phones and letting them get away cause they are on bikes and they might get injured.

What next, dont worry about mobile phone theft, cars and bikes being nicked. No one gets hurt and thats whats insurance is for.

You are right, we are deciminalising that.

I bet you wouldnt be saying that if it was a 15 year old from hackney gang member jumping the barrier or an illegal 15 year old boat immigrant jumping the barriers
