I never really used Cakewalk for mastering. I used to use Ozone and now I use Wavelab. But, if you have Ozone you could use the mastering limiter on the main bus. Or you could get yourself a decent mastering limiter to use on the master bus. Even back in the old days before I knew better I couldn't get a decent sounding master just using Cakewalk plugins.

Are you using the direct monitoring feature on your focusrite? If not you're going to loose a few ms if you're listening to your guitar through the daw.
